KARAKTERISASI SENYAWA TRITERPENOID DARI FRAKSI DIKLOROMETANA KULIT BATANG DURIAN MERAH (Durio dulcis Becc.)
Abstract
Durian merah (D. dulcis Becc.) merupakan salah satu tumbuhan endemik kalimantan barat. Senyawa triterpenoid telah diisolasi dari fraksi diklorometana kulit batang durian merah sebanyak 6 mg dan berbentuk amorf. Tahapan isolasi senyawa triterpenoid adalah ekstraksi, fraksinasi, kromatografi vakum cair (KVC) dan kromatografi lapis tips (KLT). Uji fitokimia senyawa triterpenoid ditentukan dengan menggunakan pereaksi Liebermann-Bucard yang menunjukkan warna merah kecoklatan. Struktur senyawa ditentukan menggunakan proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) (CDCl3, 500 MHz). Pergeseran kimia senyawa triterpenoid (δH ppm): 0,69 (3H, s); 0,86 (3H, d); 0,88 (3H, d); 0,92 (3H, d); 1,02 (3H, d); 1,06 (3H, d); 1,41 (3H, d); 1,84 (3H, d); 1,97 (3H, m); 2,01 (3H, m); 2,30 (4H, m); 3,53 (2H, m); 3,67 (1H, J = 12,2 Hz, d); 3,52 (1H, s); 3,97 (1H, s) dan 5,35 (1H, J=4,95, d). Berdasarkan uji fitokimia dan data 1H-NMR, maka isolat F9M16 yang dihasilkan merupakan senyawa triterpenoid.
