KARAKTERISASI SENYAWA FENOLIK KULIT AKAR SUKUN (Artocarpus communis)
Abstract
Kulit akar sukun (Artocarpus communis) diketahui mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder berupa fenolik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkarakterisasi senyawa fenolik yang terdapat pada kulit akar sukun. Metode isolasi yang dilakukan terdiri atas maserasi, partisi, dan kromatografi. Analisis senyawa hasil isolasi dilakukan menggunakan spektrometer NMR-1H. Senyawa hasil isolasi yang diperoleh berbentuk padatan kuning dengan massa 7,4 mg. Hasil uji kualitatif fitokimia menunjukkan bahwa senyawa hasil isolasi positif mengandung fenolik. Data spektrum NMR-1H (CD3OD, 500 MHz) menunjukkan geseran kimia pada δH (ppm) 7,88 (2H, d, J=8,7 Hz) dan 6,82 (2H, d, J=8,7 Hz). Berdasarkan uji kualitatif fitokimia, data spektrum NMR-1H dan analisis KLT menggunakan pembanding senyawa murni asam p-hidroksibenzoat, diketahui bahwa senyawa hasil isolasi merupakan senyawa golongan fenolik yaitu asam p-hidroksibenzoat.
