KARAKTERISASI SENYAWA FENOLIK PADA KULIT BATANG SUKUN (Artocarpus communis)
Abstract
Sukun (A. communis) merupakan salah satu spesies dari genus Artocarpus yang berpotensi sebagai sumber senyawa metabolit sekunder. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengkarakterisasi senyawa fenolik pada kulit batang A. communis. Metode isolasi yang dilakukan meliputi ekstraksi (maserasi dan partisi), kromatografi cair vakum (KCV), kromatografi kolom gravitasi dan kromatografi lapis tipis preparatif (KLT-P). Analisis isolat dilakukan dengan menggunakan Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). Isolat DA9P yang diperoleh berupa kristal jarum berwarna kuning dan memiliki massa 5 mg. Spektrum 1H-NMR isolat DA9P menunjukkan geseran kimia pada ẟh 7,44 (1H, d); ẟ 6,79 (1H, d); 7,42 (1H, dd) dengan nilai kopling konstan yaitu J=1,5; 8,0 dan 1,5;8,0 Hz yang diprediksi memiliki kemiripan dengan senyawa asam 3,4-dihidroksibenzoat.
