SINTESIS POLIMER KONDUKTIF KOMPOSIT POLIPIROL-SELULOSA DALAM LARUTAN FeCl3.6H2O
Abstract
Sintesis polimer konduktif polipirol-selulosa dilakukan melalui polimerisasi pirol dalam matrik selulosa dengan variasi massa pirol 0,5 ; 1 ; 1,5 ; dan 2 gram dalam larutan FeCl3.6H2O. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara isolasi selulosa dari tanah gambut, mensintesis, mengkarakterisasi komposit polipirol-selulosa dan mengetahui nilai konduktifitas tertinggi dari proses swelling dan tanpa swelling. Hasil analisis FT-IR menunjukan pita serapan selulosa pada daerah panjang gelombang 3425,58 cm-1(-OH), 2924,09 cm-1 (C-H), 1033,85 cm-1 (C-O-C), 1373,32 cm-1 (C-OH). Sedangkan pita serapan polipirol berada pada daerah panjang gelombang 3425,58 cm-1 (N-H), 1543,05 cm-1 (C=C), 1272,72 cm-1 (C-C), 1442,75 cm-1 (C-N). Analisis XRD menunjukan adanya pergeseran nilai 2θ pada komposit polipirol-selulosa dengan proses swelling dan tanpa proses swelling yaitu dari 22,64-22,71o dan 26,62-26,64o. Komposit polipirol-selulosa bersifat semikristalin dan semikonduktor. Hasil analisis EIS menunjukan nilai konduktifitas yang paling tinggi sebesar 7,14 Scm-1 yaitu komposit dengan proses swelling pada variasi 0,5 gram pirol.
