IDENTIFIKASI KOMPONEN UTAMA DAN AKTIVITAS ANTIOKSIDANMINYAK KULIT JERUK SIAM (Citrus nobilis var microcarpa) DANJERUK MADU SUSU (Citrus spp) ASALKALIMAS
Abstract
Uji aktivitas antioksidan minyak kulit jeruk siam (Citrus nobilis var microcarpa) dan jeruk madususu (Citrus spp) telah dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan dankandungan kimia dari kedua minyak. Minyak dari kulit jeruk siam (Citrus nobilis var microcarpa)dan jeruk madu susu (Citrus spp) diperoleh dengan metode destilasi uap suhu 100-110 oCselama 4 jam dan didapatkan randemen minyak kulit jeruk siam (Citrus nobilis var microcarpa)(0.168%) dan kulit jeruk madu susu (Citrus spp) (0.157%). Identifikasi GC-MS dan FTIRmenunjukkan bahwa minyak kulit jeruk siam (Citrus nobilis var microcarpa) mengandung 12senyawa, dengan kandungan limonene sebesar (92,87%) dan minyak kulit jeruk madu susu(Citrus spp) mengandung 22 senyawa, dengan kandungan limonene (83,02%). Uji aktivitasantioksidan minyak kulit jeruk siam (Citrus nobilis var microcarpa) dan jeruk madu susu (Citrusspp) dengan konsentrasi 100 ppm, 150 ppm, 200 ppm, dan 250 ppm mempunyai aktivitasantioksidan dengan orientasi minyak jeruk siam (Citrus nobilis var microcarpa) 42,361%, 64,699%, 64,506%, 72,377%, dan hasil orientasi minyak jeruk madu susu (Citrus spp) 41,165%, 64,120%, 65,471%, 72,685%. Minyak kulit jeruk siam (Citrus nobilis var microcarpa) dan jerukmadu susu (Citrus spp) menunjukkan aktivitas antioksidan terhadap DPPH dengan nilai IC50minyak kulit jeruk siam (Citrus nobilis var microcarpa) sebesar 113 µg/mL dan nilai IC50 minyakkulit jeruk madu susu (Citrus spp) sebesar 118 µg/mL dan keduanya tergolong antioksidansedang.References
