Pemanfaatan Tumbuhan HHBK sebagai Sumber Pangan oleh Masyarakat Desa Entikong Kecamatan Entikong Kabupaten Sanggau
Abstract
Food plants are anything that grows alive, stems, has roots, leaves, and can be eaten or consumed by living things. Food plants can be in the form of grains, fruits, vegetables and tubers which are one of the basic human needs for clothing and shelter. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on plant species used as food sources and also to obtain data on plant parts and processing methods by the people of Entikong Village, Entikong District, Sanggau Regency. In addition, to obtain the amount of Use Value (UV) and the use value of the Family Importance Value (FIV) plant family. Data was collected using a survey method through semi-structured interviews with respondents using purposive sampling technique on 10% of respondents' families with a questionnaire guide. The results showed that 88 types of food source plants were which were included in 37 families and 9 habitus. The most widely used family is Fabaceae. The most common habitus is tree habitus, as many as 40 species (45%). The highest utilization category was vegetables with 41 species (47%). The most widely used plant part is the fruit part, as many as 55 species (63%). The most processing method that is not processed is 39 (44%). The type of food source plant with the highest Use Value (UV) value is Rice (O. sativa) with the percentage (1) and the plant with the lowest UV value is gandaria acid (B. macrophylla greffs) with a percentage (0.03). The largest Family Importance Value (FIV) is Poaceae with a percentage (9%) and the lowest is Polygonaceae with a percentage (0.21%).

Abstrak
Tumbuhan pangan adalah segala sesuatu yang tumbuh hidup, bertangkai, berakar, berdaun, dan dapat dimakan atau dikonsumsi oleh makhluk hidup. Tumbuhan pangan dapat berupa biji-bijian, buah-buahan, sayur-sayuran dan umbi-umbian yang merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok manusia sandang dan papan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh data jenis tumbuhan yang digunakan sebagai sumber makanan dan juga untuk mendapatkan data bagian-bagian tumbuhan dan cara pengolahanya oleh masyarakat Desa Entikong Kecamatan Entikong Kabupaten Sanggau. Selain itu juga untuk mendapatkan jumlah penggunaan Use Value (UV) serta nilai guna famili tumbuhan Family Importance Value (FIV). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey melalui wawancara semi terstruktur terhadap responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 10% KK melalui panduan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 88 jenis tumbuhan sumber pangan yang termasuk ke dalam 37 famili dan 9 habitus. Famili yang paling banyak dimanfaatkan yaitu Fabaceae. Habitus yang paling banyak yaitu habitus pohon sebanyak 40 jenis (45%). Kategori pemanfaatan terbanyak yaitu sayuran sebanyak 41 jenis (47%). Bagian tumbuhan yang paling banyak dimanfaatkan yaitu bagian buah sebanyak 55 jenis (63%). Cara pengolahan yang paling banyak yaitu tidak diolah sebanyak
