RESPONS PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN KELOR (Moringa oleifera) TERHADAP PUPUK ORGANIK DI PERSEMAIAN
Abstract
The purpose of this study wasto evaluate the growth response of Moringa (Moringa oleifera) seedlings to organic fertilizers on a mixed planting medium of PMK, sand, and husks. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatments with 15 replications with M0 Planting media PMK: sand: husk (1:1:1) M1 planting medium: compost fertilizer (1:1) M2 planting medium: cow dung fertilizer (1: 1. 1). Data analysis used analysis of variance (Anova) and the follow-up test of the Least Significant Difference Test (BNT). Based on the results of the ANOVA test at 5% and 1% levels of organic fertilizer application on Moringa had a significant effect on growth in height, diameter, number of leaves, and total dry weight. Based on the BNT test on height, diameter, and number of leaves the M2 treatment showed the highest yield and significantly different from the M0 and M1 treatments, while the highest total dry weight was in the M1 treatment and significantly different from the M0 and M2 treatments. The Seedling robustness, seedling quality Indexand shoot root ratioshowed better results with the application of organic fertilizer to the growing media to support the physiological growth of Moringa seedlings. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of organic fertilizer was proven to increase the growth of Moringa seedlings compared to media without fertilizer. Cow dung fertilizer is good to be used at the beginning of plant growth by promoting vegetative growth, while compost supports plant physiological growth for continuing growth.

Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi respons pertumbuhan bibit kelor (Moringaoleifera) terhadap pupuk organik pada media tanam campuran PMK,pasir, dan sekam. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan 15 ulangan dengan M0 Media tanam PMK:pasir:sekam (1:1:1) M1 media tanam:pupuk kompos (1:1) M2 media tanam : pupuk kotoran sapi (1:1). Analisis data menggunakan analisis of varians (Anova) dan uji lanjutan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Berdasarkan hasil uji anova pada taraf 5% dan 1% pemberian pupuk organik pada kelor berpengaruh signifikan pada pertumbuhan tinggi, diameter, jumlah daun, bobot kering total. Berdasarkan uji BNT pada tinggi, diameter dan jumlah daun perlakuan M2 menunjukkan hasil tertinggi dan berbeda signifikan dengan perlakuan M0 dan M1 sedangkan bobot kering total tertinggi pada perlakuan M1 dan berbeda signifikan dengan perlakuan M0 dan M2. kekokohan, IMB dan RPA menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dengan diberikannya pupuk organik pada media tanam dapat menunjang pertumbuhan fisiogis bibit kelor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Pemberian pupuk organik terbukti meningkatkan pertumbuhan bibit kelor dibandingkan media tanpa pupuk. Pupuk kotoran sapi baik digunakan pada awal pertumbuhan tanaman dengan memacu pertumbuhan vegetatif, sedangkan kompos menunjang pertumbuhan fisiologis tanaman untuk pertumbuhan lanjutan.
