Pemanfaatan Tumbuhan Pangan Oleh Masyarakat Di Desa Pancaroba Kecamatan Sungai Ambawang Kabupaten Kubu Raya

Abstract

People in Pancaroba Village use food plants in their daily life. This study aims to determine the types of food plants used by the community in Pancaroba Village, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya Regency. They collected data in this study using interview techniques, questionnaires, observation and documentation studies. Respondents were determined by purposive sampling, and the number of respondents was 92. The research data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results showed that as many as 48 food plants were identified and used as food consisting of 30 families of food plants. The food plants that are used are processed in various ways, including making cakes (1 species), making cakes, cooking (1 species), cooking (17 species), cooking, making fresh vegetables (2 species), and boiling (1 species) without processing. (21 species), without processing, made rujak (2 species), without processing, made into rujak and made into candied (1 species), without processing, cooked (1 species), without processing, made into sweets (1 species). This shows that the Pancaroba Village Community depends on food plants to meet food needs in daily life.

Abstrak

Masyarakat di Desa Pancaroba memanfaatkan tumbuhan Pangan dalam kehidupan Sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis tumbuhan pangan yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat di Desa Pancaroba Kecamatan Sungai Ambawang Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, kuesioner, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Responden ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan jumlah responden sebanyak 92 orang. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Teridentifikasi sebanyak 48 spesies tumbuhan pangan yang dimanfaatkan sebagai pangan terdiri dari 30 famili   tumbuhan pangan. Tumbuhan pangan yang dimanfaatkan diolah dengan berbagai cara diantaranya dengan cara dibuat kue (1 Spesies), dibuat kue, dimasak (1 Spesies), dimasak (17 spesies), dimasak, dibuat lalapan (2 spesies), direbus (1 Spesies), tanpa pengolahan (21 spesies), tanpa pengolahan, dibuat rujak (2 spesies), tanpa pengolahan, dijadikan rujak dan dijadikan manisan (1 Spesies), tanpa pengolahan, dimasak (1 Spesies), tanpa pengolahan, dijadikan manisan (1 Spesies). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Masyarakat Desa Pancaroba sangat bergantung akan tumbuhan pangan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan dalam hidup sehari-hari.
