Keanekaragaman jenis amfibi (ordo anura) di areal menajur kawasan cagar alam gunung nyiut desa pisak kecamatan tujuh belas kabupaten bengkayang

Abstract

Species diversity is the concept of the variability of living things in a certain area and is measured by the number of all species on earth, or in a certain area which shows all the variations found in living things between species in one genus. Identification of Anura species diversity can produce information about Anura both in the conservation area and outside the conservation area, which is very necessary for the management and preservation of Anura. This study aims to obtain information about the diversity of amphibians of the order Anura in the Riam Menajur area of the Mount Nyiut Nature Reserve. This research is a survey research with data collection using the VES method. Observations were made along the observation path in aquatic and terrestrial habitats. In aquatic habitats the path is made with a length of 200 meters with an observation limit of 5 meters left and right. While the terrestrial line is made along 200 m with a width of 5m to the left and right. The results showed that there were 11 species of amphibians of the order Anura found in the Mount Nyiut Nature Reserve. The value of diversity is 2,795 in the medium category. The value of the dominance index is 0.4911, which means that there is no dominant type of means. The evenness index of Amphibians is 2,197 with an even category, the species richness value of Amphibians of the order Anura is 4,478 in the high category and the species similarity index is 0 % with a very low category the two habitats terrestrial and aquatic very different in the Riam Menjur Area in the Mount Nyiut Nature Reserve.

Abstrak
Keanekaragaman jenis adalah konsep variabilitas makhluk hidup di suatu Kawasan tertentu dan diukur dengan jumlah seluruh spesies di bumi, atau di kawasan tertentu yang menunjukkan seluruh variasi yang terdapat pada makhluk hidup antar jenis dalam satu marga. Pengindentikasian keanekaragaman jenis Anura dapat menghasilkan informasi tentang Anura baik di kawasan konservasi maupun di luar kawasan konservasi sangat diperlukan bagi pengelolaan dan pelestarian Anura. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang keanekaragaman jenis amfibi ordo Anura di areal Riam Menajur Kawasan Cagar Alam Gunung Nyiut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pengambilan data menggunakan metode VES. Pengamatan dilakukan di sepanjang jalur pengamatan pada habitat aquatik dan terestrial. Pada habitat aquatik jalur dibuat dengan Panjang 200 meter dengan batas pengamatan selebar 5 meter kiri dan kanan. Sedangkan jalur terestrial dibuat sepanjang 200 meter dengan lebar jalur 5 meter kekiri dan kekanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spesies Amfibi ordo Anura yang dijumpai di Kawasan Cagar Alam Gunung Nyiut sebanyak 11 spesies. Nilai keanekaragaman sebesar 2.795 dengan kategori sedang, Nilai indeks dominasi sebesar 0.4911 yang artinya tidak ada jenis yang mendominasi. Indeks kemerataan jenis Amfibi sebesar 2.197 dengan kategori merata, nilai kekayaan jenis Amfibi ordo Anura sebesar 4.478 dengan kategori tinggi, Indeks kesamaan jenis sebesar 0% dengan kategori sangat rendah artinya kedua habitat terestrial dan aquatik sangat berbeda di Areal Riam Menanjur dalam Kawasan Cagar Alam Gunung Nyiut.
