Pemanfaatan Dan Nilai Ekonomi Hasil Hutan Bukan Kayu Di Desa Penyangga Taman Nasional (Studi Kasus Di Desa Belaban Ella Kecamatan Menukung Kabupaten Melawi)

Abstract

Non-timber forest products (NTFPs) in Belaban Ella Village, Menukung District, Melawi Regency, are consumed and made into crafts and medicines. The purpose of this study was to examine the utilization, economic value, and contribution of non-timber forest products to the residents of Belaban Ella Village. The research method was a survey, data collection by interview and determination of respondent samples using purposive sampling techniques through the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that the utilization and income from NTFPs in Belaban Ella Village are the main topics and filling out questionnaires as part of the research methodology. Based on the results of the study, NTFPs in Belaban Ella Village are consumptive, productive, and medicinal. The types of non-timber forest products that are consumptive are jengkol, petai, jackfruit, rambutan, mango and durian. The types of non-timber forest products that are productive are banua bamboo, sega rattan, and fragrant pandan. The types of non-timber forest products that are medicinal are green sirih and pasak bumi. From an economic perspective, the value of NTFPs in Belaban Ella Village of Rp15,069,699/year is smaller than the community's fixed income of Rp24,144,577/year. NTFPs contribute 38.43% to the overall income of the Belaban Ella Village community. With good management, the Belaban Ella Village community can utilize non-timber forest products as an additional source of income.

Abstrak

Hasil hutan bukan kayu (HHBK) di Desa Belaban Ella, Kecamatan Menukung, Kabupaten Melawi, dikonsumsi dan dibuat menjadi kerajinan serta obat-obatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan, nilai ekonomi, dan kontribusi hasil hutan bukan kayu bagi penduduk Desa Belaban Ella. Metode penelitian adalah survei, pengambilan data dengan wawancara dan penentuan sampel responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling melalui rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pemanfaatan dan pendapatan dari HHBK di Desa Belaban Ella menjadi pokok bahasan dan pengisian kuesioner sebagai bagian dari metodologi penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, HHBK Desa Belaban Ella bersifat konsumtif, produktif, dan obat-obatan. Jenis-jenis hasil hutan nonkayu yang bersifat konsumtif adalah jengkol, petai, nangka, rambutan, mangga dan durian. Jenis-jenis hasil hutan nonkayu yang bersifat produktif adalah bambu banua, rotan sega, dan pandan wangi. Jenis-jenis hasil hutan nonkayu yang bersifat obata-obatan adalah sirih hijau dan pasak bumi. Berdasarkan segi ekonomi, nilai HHBK Desa Belaban Ella sebesar Rp 15.069.699/tahun lebih kecil dari pendapatan tetap masyarakat sebesar Rp 24.144.577/tahun. HHBK memberikan kontribusi sebesar 38,43% terhadap pendapatan masyarakat Desa Belaban Ella secara keseluruhan. Pengelolaan  yang baik, masyarakat Desa Belaban Ella dapat memanfaatkan hasil hutan bukan kayu sebagai sumber pendapatan tambahan.
