Pengelolaan Hutan Mangrove Oleh Masyarakat Dalam Kawasan Hutan Desa Batu Ampar Kabupaten Kubu Raya
Abstract
Forest management is regulated in Article 21 to Article 51 of Law No. 41 of 1999 and Government Regulation No. 6 of 2007 concerning Forest Planning and Preparation of Forest Management Plans, and Forest Utilisation as amended by Government Regulation No. 3 of 2008. This research aims to describe the forms of mangrove forest management carried out by the community in the village forest area of Batu Ampar Village, Kubu Raya Regency. The data collection technique used in this research is non-participatory observation, where the researcher is not directly involved as the object under study or observed, the data collection carried out is observation, questionnaire interviews and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is qualitative descriptive data analysis to interpret research findings, through interviews or direct observation. The results of this study the author concludes that: mangrove forest management in Batu Ampar Village is carried out comprehensively and sustainably by taking into account aspects of management with policies related to Law number 41 of 1999 article 21 to article 51. Forest Layout activities and Mangrove Forest Management Planning have been carried out through the preparation of a Social Forestry Management Plan (RKPS). Mangrove forests in Batu Ampar Village are utilised for various purposes, such as fish farming, firewood collection, and nature tourism. Rehabilitation activities are carried out by planting mangrove seedlings. The community is involved in mangrove forest rehabilitation activities. Protection and conservation activities are carried out by forest patrols, guarding mangrove forest areas, and law enforcement against perpetrators of mangrove forest destruction.
