Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadeap Pengelolaan Hutan Desa Oleh LPHD Bahenap Di Areal KPH Wilayah Kapuas Hulu Timur

Abstract

Village forest management is a forest management system carried out through participation by the Bahenap Village community who have rights to village forests which include forest management, preparation of village forest management plans, utilization of village forests around their homes. The purpose of this study was to examine community perceptions of village forest management and analyze the relationship between knowledge level, income level, and cosmopolitan level factors. The method used was a survey method, data collection was carried out through interviews, determination of respondents by purposive sampling with the Slovin formula. Data analysis used qualitative - quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that community perceptions of Village Forest Management by LPHD with respondents tended to be neutral with a frequency of 49% and a percentage of 75.4%. The relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable is: level of knowledge with a correlation of 0.280 sig 0.096 (positively and significantly related), income with a correlation of 0.190 sig 0.129 (positively and significantly related), while the cosmopolitan level has a correlation of 0.152 sig 0.227 (positively and significantly related). Keywords: Bahenap Village Forest Management, community perception, level of knowledge, income level, cosmopolitan Abstrak Pengelolaan hutan desa merupakan suatu sistem pengelolaan hutan yang dilakukan secara partisipasi oleh masyarakat Desa Bahenap yang memiliki hak atas hutan desa yang meliputi tata hutan, penyusunan rencanan pengelolaan hutan desa , pemanfaatan hutan desa di sekitar tempat tinggal mereka.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji persepsi masayarakat terhadap pengelolaan hutan desa dan menganalisis hubungan faktor tingkat pengetahuan, tingkat pendapatan, dan tingkat kosmopolitan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei, pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, penentuan responden secara purposive sampling dengan rumus slovin. Analisis data menggunkan analisis deskritif kualitatif - kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persepsi masyarakat terhadap Pengelolaan Hutan Desa Oleh LPHD dengan responden cenderung netral dengan frekuensi 49% dan persentase 75,4 %. Hubungan variable terikat dan variable bebas yaitu: tingkat Pengetahuan dengan correlation 0,280 sig 0,096 (Berhubungan positif dan singnifikan), pendapatan dengan correlation 0,190 sig 0,129 (Berhubungan positif dan signifikan), sedangakan tingkat kosmopolitan correlation 0,152 sig 0,227 (Berhubungan positif dan signifikan).
