Abstract

Kayong Utara sebagai salah satu Kabupaten yang ada di Kalimantan Barat cukup banyak mempunyai potensi-potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan. Salah satu potensi wisata itu adalah Pantai Pulau Datok yang terletak di Desa Sutra Kecamatan Sukadana. Dewasa ini, Resort cukup diminati di kota-kota tujuan wisata terutama pada kota yang memiliki potensi wisata khusus, seperti pantai. Pemanfaatan potensi Pantai Pulau Datok sebagai Resort diharapkan dapat mewadahi aktivitas masyarakat untuk berwisata. Tujuan dari karya ilmiah ini adalah menghasilkan perancangan Resort Pantai Pulau Datok Di Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Dilakukan tiga metode perancangan yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan data dari literatur untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Berdasarkan potensi dan permasalahan tersebut maka perancangan resort dilakukan dengan memperhatikan perletakan tata massa bangunan dan mempertimbangkan karakteristik pantai pulau datok guna meningkatkan kualitas dan menarik wisatawan untuk berwisata ke   Pantai Pulau Datok di Kabupaten Kayong Utara.
