PERANCANGAN RESORT DI KECAMATAN SUNGAI KAKAP KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA

Abstract

Kalimantan Barat dilewati oleh garis Khatulistiwa. Provinsi ini memiliki banyak tempat yang berpotensi wisata. Potensi wisata tersebar di daerah pesisir, pegunungan dan lahan gambut. Daerah wisata ini dapat mengundang daya tarik bagi wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Daya tarik wisata yang dimiliki Kecamatan Sungai Kakap, perlu ditunjang oleh tersedianya berbagai akomodasi wisata. Sarana dan prasarana seperti resort harus memberikan kenyamanan dengan fasilitas wisata yang memadai dan sesuai standar bagi para wisatawan yang datang ke Kecamatan Sungai Kakap. Metode perancangan yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah metode perancangan Asimov yang memiliki beberapa langkah seperti tahap permulaan, tahap persiapan, dan tahap pengajuan usul. Konsep yang dihasilkan dalam perancangan ini adalah resort yang memiliki prinsip arsitektur tradisional yang memperhatikan unsur kandungan lokal daerah seperti ciri khas daerah pinggir sungai salah satunya dengan adanya gertak kayu untuk menghindari pasang surut air sungai.
