Abstract

Golf tidak hanya dikenal sebagai permainan saja melainkan juga sebagai gaya hidup kaum urban yang ingin berolahraga sekaligus bersosialisasi. Sebagian orang menganggap bahwa golf merupakan sarana efektif untuk kegiatan bisnis. Golf tidak hanya dipersepsikan sebagai olahraga untuk menyehatkan badan, melainkan sudah menjadi sarana entertaintment dan bersosial untuk para pecinta golf sehingga hal ini juga menuntut akan fasilitas-fasilitas lain selain tempat bermain golf itu sendiri. Club house adalah sebuah fasilitas yang mewadahi perkumpulan orang-orang yang mempunyai minat yang sama dan bertemu untuk bersenang-senang yang digunakan sebagai tempat santai, makan, minum dan hal lain yangbersifat rekreatif. Persyaratan bangunan club house harus menyediakan dua fasilitas utama yaitu area golf yakni area untuk bermain golf dan menyediakan peralatan golf serta area sosial yang merupakan area untuk berkumpul. Fasilitas-fasilitastersebutdiantaranya tempat kebugaran tubuh (fitness dan aerobic), relaksasi tubuh (spa, sauna dan massage), berbisnis (meeting room, conference room), kegiatan publik (ballroom, promotion room, restaurant), bahkan tempat berlibur keluarga.Pontianak sudah memiliki lapangan golf yakni Lapangan Alam Khatulistiwa Golf Pontianak, banyaknya peminat dari olahraga golf di Pontianak menjadi dasar diperlukan adanya perancangan club house golf   di Kota Pontianak.
