Abstract

Research conducted at the Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Kubu Raya pertaining about the influence of organizational culture and working environment on the performance. Improved performance on research conducted with regard to the influence of organizational culture and work environment to employee performance at the Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Kubu Raya. That is because the organizational culture and work environment has a direct influence on the performance of employees who carry out such work. Organizational culture and work environment that is satisfactory for employees to improve performance, otherwise the organization's culture and work environment is inadequate will can degrade the performance of employees.The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and work environment to employee performance Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Forms of this research is to use Causal research. Collecting data using primary data in the form of questionnaires and interviews and secondary data sourced from   Legislative Secretariat Kubu Raya sample using the sample census. The sample in this study is overall employee at the Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Kubu Raya as many as 70 people.The results of the discussion can be seen that the influence of organizational culture on employee performance shows the test results concluded that the organizational culture variables affect the performance of employees. Both work environment on employee performance shows the test results concluded that the work environment variables affect the performance of employees.
