Abstract

ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh faktor motivator dan faktor higiene terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Matahari Pontianak Indah Mall. Variabel independen penelitian terdiri dari motivator dan higiene, sedangkan variabel dependen terdiri dari kepuasan kerja.

Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, Secara statistik penelitian ini mendukung Ha dan menolak Ho, artinya secara parsial maupun simultan bahwa faktor motivator dan higiene mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Matahari Pontianak Indah Mall. Penelitan ini mempunyai nilai R2 sebesar 0,6396, artinya variabel penelitian berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 63,96%, sementara selebihnya sebesar 36,04% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
