Abstract

Penelitian tentang pengaruh internal locus of control dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Soedarso Pontianak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh internal locus of control dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Soedarso Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Penentuan besarnya sampel tersebut menggunakan metode purvosive sampling. Untuk menganalisis data tersebut menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) internal locus of control dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat secara simultan/bersama-sama. (2) internal locus of control mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja perawat secara parsial/sendiri-sendiri. (3) Motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja perawat secara parsial.
