THE EFFECT OF BUDAYA PERWIRA TO WORK MOTIVATION AND THE IMPACT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF PT. MANDIRI TUNAS FINANCE PONTIANAK BRANCH

This study was conducted to examine and analyze the effect of budaya perwira to work motivation and the impact on employee performance of PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pontianak Branch. The research method uses the explanatory research, which provides an explanation of the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. Collecting data using primary data in the form of questionnaires and interviews and secondary data in the form of data sourced from PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pontianak Branch. The sample of this research is all employees of PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pontianak Branch as many as 45 people and using census sampling. The result showed that budaya perwira has a significant effect on employee work motivation. Budaya perwira has a significant effect on employee performance.
