Pengaruh Work Stress dan Work Environment pada Cyberloafing pada pekerja generasi Y di Kalbar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work stress dan work environment terhadap cyberloafing pada pekerja generasi Y di Kalimantan Barat. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan generasi Y di Kalimantan Barat. Teknik analisis Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Penelitian dilakukan pada seluruh karyawan generasi Y di Kalimantan Barat dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara statistic bahwa work stress berpengaruh terhadap life satisfaction dan work environment berpengaruh terhadap Cyberloafing.
