PENGARUH UMUR, SIZE DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP KINERJA PASAR PERUSAHAAN FARMASI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI (BURSA EFEK INDONESIA)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh umur, size, dan leverage terhadap kinerja pasar perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah delapan perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2008 sampai dengan 2011. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh negatif umur perusahaan terhadap kinerja pasar perusahaan (return saham), terdapat pengaruh negatif ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja pasar perusahaan (return saham), dan terdapat pengaruh negatif leverage terhadap kinerja pasar perusahaan (return saham).
