Evaluasi Penerapan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek Kota Singkawang Tahun 2019

Abstract

The standard of pharmaceutical service is a benchmark that can be used as a guideline for the manpower of the pharmacy in conducting the Ministry of Pharmacy. The power of pharmacy was required to improve the quality of the patient's life by applying (pharmaceutical care). This research aims to determine the suitability of the implementation of the pharmaceutical Services standard in the city pharmacy of Singkawang 2019 based on regulation of the Minister of Health of Republic of Indonesia No. 73 of 2016 on pharmaceutical services standard at pharmacy. This research used cross sectional method of study approach, which is the type of research that variable measurement was only done once and in one period. Sampling was done by purposive sampling involving 18 pharmacies in the City of Singkawang that meet the inclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out by guided interviews using interview collection sheets. The results showed 18 pharmacies that were respondents in the Management of Pharmaceutical Preparations, Medical Devices, and Consumables, the average was 82% classified as good, Clinical Pharmacy Services by 65% were classified as sufficient and Pharmaceutical Resources by 85% were classified as good. In conclusion, pharmacies in Singkawang City have not fully implemented the standard of pharmacy service in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Health of Republic of Indonesia number 73 of 2016 with an average percentage of 77%.
