PEMBUDAYAAN LITERASI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DI SMK NEGERI 5 PONTIANAK

Abstract
The School Literacy Movement contained in Permendikbud Number 23 of 2016 is very much in line with the content of text-based Indonesian subjects. Therefore, Indonesian subjects can play a role as a motor in the cultivation of literacy in schools. To obtain accurate information, a research was conducted at SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak as an A-accredited school and has implemented the 2013 Curriculum since 2014. This study used a descriptive method with data sources from the principal, Head of the GLS Control Team, and three Indonesian language teachers. Data collection techniques are with interviews and documents. The results show that school policies/programs are quite supportive for the development of a literacy culture. The development of reading culture and writing culture in Indonesian language learning at SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak is reflected in the learning scenarios carried out by the teacher which are generally influenced by the textbooks used, however, the stages of text-based learning (genre pedagogy) are not reflected in the learning scenario.

Abstrak
Gerakan Literasi Sekolah yang tertuang dalam Permendikbud Nomor 23 Tahun 2016 sangat sejalan dengan muatan mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang berbasis teks. Oleh karena itu, mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dapat berperan sebagai motor dalam pembudaayaan literasi di sekolah. Untuk memperoleh informasi yang akurat, dilakukan penelitian di SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak sebagai sekolah yang telah berakreditas A dan telah menerapkan Kurikulum 2013 sejak 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan sumber data kepala sekolah, Ketua Tim Pengendali GLS, dan guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia sebanyak tiga orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan dokumen, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan/program sekolah cukup mendukung untuk pengembangan budaya literasi. Pengembangan budaya baca dan budaya tulis dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak tercermin dari skenario pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan guru yang secara umum banyak dipengaruhi oleh sajian buku teks yang digunakan, Namun tahapan pembelajaran berbasis teks (pedagogi genre) kurang tergambar dalam skenario pembelajaran.

This agreement can be terminated by the author or Jurnal Edukasi Khatulistiwa : Pembelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia upon two months"™ notice where the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy such breach within a month of being given the terminating party"™s notice requesting such breach to be remedied. No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of Jurnal Edukasi Khatulistiwa : Pembelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia.
