PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA MENGGUNAKAN METODE DEMONSTRASI DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas V SDN 17 Benua Kayong. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes evaluasi belajar siswa dengan materi sifat "“ sifat cahaya yang dilakukan setiap akhir siklus. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi pada siklus I hasil belajar dari 16 siswa, yang memeperoleh nilai yang memenuhi KKM sebanyak 10 siswa   dengan persentase 63 % dan pada siklus II yang dapat memenuhi KKM   meningkat sebanyak 15 siswa atau 94 %. Sedangkan pada penilaian kinerja guru siklus I IPKG 1 sebesar 2,7 dan IPKG 2 sebesar 2,85 kemudian pada siklus II IPKG 1 sebesar 3,54 dan IPKG 2 sebesar 3,7. Dari hasil siklus I dan siklus II dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas V SDN 17 Benua Kayong.

Abstract: This research aims to enhance student learning the results by using the method demontrasi on the subjects of IPA class V Elementary Scool   17 Benua Kayong . To obtain data in this research is the evaluation of student learning test   with matter the nature   nature of the light that carried out each end the cycle .   After conducting research by using a demonstration in the cycle I of learning outcomes of 16 students , who can value KKM meet as many as 10 students with the percentage of 63% and in the cycle of II can meet kkm increased by 15 students or 94%. While in the assessment of the performance of teachers   cycle I IPKG 1 totaling 2.7   and   IPKG 2 totaling 2,85 then in the cycle of II IPKG of I totaling 3,54 and IPKG of 2 totaling 3.7. From the results of the cycle I and II cycle can be concluded that the use of methods demonstration can improve learning outcomes of students in learning IPA class V SDN 17 Benua Kayong.
