REMEDIASI MISKONSEPSI SISWA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL TGT BERBANTUAN KARTU SOAL PADA MATERI GETARAN DI SMP

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan kartu soal dalam meremediasi miskonsepsi siswa pada materi getaran di kelas VIII SMP Bumi Khatulistiwa Kubu Raya. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental design dengan rancangan one group pre-test post-test design. Alat pengumpul data berupa 10 soal pilihan ganda dengan 3 alternatif jawaban disertai reasoning terbuka. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 22 orang yang dipilih secara random dengan teknik intact group. Berdasarkan analisis, profil miskonsepsi tertinggi saat pre-test adalah waktu berbanding terbalik dengan periode dan frekuensi (100%), sedangkan profil miskonsepsi tertinggi saat post-test adalah dengan diperlambatnya gerakan mistar, periode getaran menjadi lebih kecil dan frekuensi semakin besar (78,95%). Penurunan rata-rata miskonsepsi tiap siswa adalah 38,46% dan penurunan rata-rata miskonsepsi tiap indikator soal adalah 37%. Berdasarkan perhitungan, diperoleh harga proporsi rata-rata sebesar 0,375 (berkategori sedang).

Abstract: The aims of the study is to determine the effectiveness of cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) aided cards problem remediate misconceptions about the students on the vibration material in class VIII SMP Bumi Khatulistiwa Kubu Raya. Form of study is a pre-experimental design with the design of one group pre-test post-test design. Data collection tool in the form of 10 multiple choice questions with three alternative answers with an open reasoning. The study sample was 22 people chosen at random by the technique intact group. Based on the analysis, the highest misconceptions profile when pre-test is inversely proportional to the time period and frequency (100%), while the highest misconceptions profile when post-test is to slowed down crossbar movement, vibration period becomes smaller and the greater frequency (78.95 %). Average reduction for each student misconceptions is 38.46% and the average decrease misconceptions about each indicator was 37%. Based on calculations, the proportion of the price of an average of 0.375 (medium category).
