PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS PESERTA DIDIK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING DI KELAS IV

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial melalui model problem based learning di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 30 Pontianak Selatan. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV yang berjumlah 34 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan aktivitas fisik siklus I nilai rata-rata 66,43%, siklus II nilai rata-rata 76,46%, siklus III nilai rata-rata 87,49%   dan pada siklus IV nilai rata-rata 95,60%. Aktivitas mental siklus I nilai rata-rata 40,19%, siklus II nilai rata-rata 57,83%, siklus III nilai rata-rata 64,70% dan pada siklus IV nilai rata-rata 78,42%. Aktivitas emosional siklus I nilai rata-rata 88,35%, siklus II nilai rata-rata 89,21%, siklus III nilai rata-rata 91,71% dan pada siklus IV nilai rata-rata 94,11% . Berdasarkan data analisis aktivitas belajar peserta didik, menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the increase in the activity of learners in the learning of social sciences through a model of problem-based learning in class IV State Elementary School 30 South Pontianak. This research method used is descriptive method. The subjects of this study is the fourth grade students who numbered 34 people. The results showed physical activity cycle I the average value of 66.43%, the second cycle the average value of 76.46%, the third cycle the average value of 87.49% and in the fourth cycle of the average value of 95.60%. The mental activity the first cycle of the average value of 40.19%, the second cycle the average value of 57.83%, the third cycle the average value of 64.70% and in the fourth cycle of the average value of 78.42%.Activity emotional first cycle the average value of 88.35%, the second cycle the average value of 89.21%, the third cycle the average value of 91.71% and in the fourth cycle of the average value of 94.11%. Based on data analysis of the learning activities of students, shows that by using a model of problem-based learning can enhance the learning activities of students.
