SURVEI TINGKAT VOLUME OKSIGEN MAKSIMAL (VO2 MAX) EKSTRAKURIKULER SEPAK BOLA SMP 4 SEI. NYIRIH

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kemampuan tingkat volume oksigen maksimal (VO2Max) ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP N 4 Sei. Nyirih Kecamatan Jawai Kabupaten Sambas Kalimantan Barat. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 30 orang, menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan sampel berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian dihitung berdasarkan umur dan posisi pemain. Data yang diperoleh berdasarkan umur dari keseluruhan siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak bola yang memiliki kemampuan VO2Max dengan kategori Jelek 9 orang dengan persentase 30%, kategori dibawah rata-rata 13 orang dengan persentasi 43%, kategori rata-rata berjumlah 5 orang   dengan persentasi 17% dan pada kategori diatas rata-rata berjumlah 3 orang dengan persentasi 10% kategori excellent dan superior tidak ada. Berdasarkan posisi pemain nilai rata-rata, Penjaga Gawang 35, Bek sayap 39.45, bek tengah 36.72, gelandang 39.1, penyerang 38.71. Dari semua peserta yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler berdasarkan posisi tidak ada satupun VO2 Max yang memenuhi standar.

Abstract: This study aims to know the ability level the volume of oxygen maximum (VO2Max) extracuricular football junior high school 4 sei. Nyirih Kecamatan Jawai Kabupaten sambas west kalimantan. Methods used use descriptive quantitative with the kind of research survey. Population in research as many as 30 people, use of sampling saturated with sample were 30 students. The results of the study calculated by age and the position of a player. The data collected by age of a whole students who join extracurricular football with the ability VO2Max to a category ugly 9 people with the 30 %, category under the average 13 people with percent 43 %, the average were category 5 people with percent 17 % and in the above average were three guys with percent 10 % category excellent and superior no Based on the position of a player the average score, goalkeeper 35, defender wings 39.45, the centre back 36.72, midfielder 39.1, attackers 38.71. Of all participants who joined extracurricular by virtue of position none vo2 max who meet the standard.
