PENINGKATAN LOMPAT JAUH GAYA JONGKOK MELALUI ALAT PERAGA DI SDN 27 RENGAT

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang selalu dihadapi oleh guru pada saat pembelajaran adalah lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa kelas V di SDN 27 Rengat dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu siswa agar meningkat dengan bantuan alat peraga.   Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK).   Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru berkolaborasi dengan siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 27 Rengat di Kabupaten Sekadau yang berjumlah 17 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan penelitian memberikan dampak positif pada siswa karena terdiri dari siklus I dan siklus II berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pembelajaran siklus I siswa yang baru lulus berjumlah 7 siswa atau 41,2% sedangkan siswa yang belum lulus berjumlah 10 siswa atau 58 % maka dilanjutkan ke siklus II agar siswa   memiliki kesempatan untuk perbaikan lompat jauh gaya jongkok dengan bantuan alat peraga baru siswa bisa   lulus berjumlah 17 siswa dan belum lulus berjumlah 0 siswa.

Abstract: The problem often faced by teachers during the learning style is a long jump squat at fifth grade students at SDN 27 Rengat and the purpose of this study is to help students to be increased with the help of props. Forms of research is classroom action research (PTK). In a classroom action research (PTK) This is the subject of this study were teachers collaborate with students of State Elementary School 27 Rengat in Sekadau totaling 17 students. Based on the results of research carried out research have a positive impact on students because it consists of the first cycle and the second cycle of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Learning first cycle of students who have recently graduated amounted to 7 students or 41.2%, while the students who have not passed amounted to 10 students or 58%, then proceed to the second cycle so that students have the opportunity to repair long jump squat style with the help of new props to graduate students numbered 17 students and the student has not passed a numbered 0
