MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA SD MELALUI MODEL KOOPERATIF "NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER" PADA PELAJARAN IPS

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik menggunakan teknik NHT pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 44 Pontianak Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. bentuk Penelitian   survei dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Teknik pengumpul data adalah teknik observasi langsung dan pemberian soal, Alat pengumpul data yaitu lembar observasi, dan soal-soal tes tentang motivasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan   sebanyak tiga siklus dengan hasil akhir penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu motivasi intrinsik 39,57%   pada siklus I, siklus II 61,25 dan siklus III 81,24%, sedangkan motivasi ekstrinsik yaitu 35,41% siklus I, 64,57% siklus II dan 95,13% pada siklus III, dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan motivasi peserta didik pada setiap siklus.

Increasing Motivation Learning Social Sciences IImu cooperative model technique using numbered heads together in Private Elementary School. The purpose of this study was to describe the increased motivation of learners using instructional techniques NHT on Social Sciences in Private Elementary School. This study used a descriptive method . Research survey form with the type of classroom action research . Data collection technique is direct observation techniques and about administration , data collection tool that observation sheets , and test questions tentangmotivasi learners. This research was carried out by three cycles with the final results obtained by the study of intrinsic motivation 39.57 % in the first cycle , second cycle and third cycle 61.25 and 81.24 % in the third cycle, whereas extrinsic motivation is 35.41 % first cycle , 64.57 % cycle II and 95.13 % in the third cycle , thus an increase in motivation of learnersin   each         cycle .
