PENGARUH SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DAN PEMBERIAN MOTIVASI KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP SINTANG

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh pemberian motivasi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru serta pengaruh supervisi dan pemberian motivasi kepala sekolah secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMP di Sub Rayon 3 Sintang. Bentuk penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif jenis survei. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah angket/questioner dan dokumentasi/studi dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan Pemberian Motivasi Kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan supervisi dan Pemberian Motivasi Kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 3 Sintang Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan hasil estimasi variabel supervisi kepala sekolah dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,038 sedangkan hasil estimasi variabel pemberian motivasi kepala sekolah dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,046. Adapun koefisien adjusted r-square sebesar 0,187.

Abstract: The purpose of this study to determine the effect of supervision principals on teacher performance, the effect of motivation principals on teacher performance and the influence of supervision and motivation of principals simultaneously on the performance of junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 3 Sintang. This research forms the type of quantitative research survey. Data collection techniques of this study was a questionnaire / questionnaire and documentation / documentation. Data-processing technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are significant positive effect supervision of principals on teacher performance, there is a significant positive effect of motivation principals on teacher performance, there is a significant positive effect supervision and motivation of principals together on teacher performance in SMP Sub Rayon 3 Sintang. The calculations show variable estimation of supervision principals with a probability of 0.038, while estimates of the variables of motivation principals with probability 0.046. The adjusted R-square coefficient of 0.187
