Abstract
The tendency of teachers in providing learning using conventional models makes students become bored and not focus in the learning process. This has an impact on low creativity of students in conveying ideas and learning outcomes that are always under the minimum criteria. The purpose of this research was to know the effectiveness of the application of circuit learning model to improve creativity and learning outcomes in economic subjects on grade XI IIS SMAN 7 Pontianak. The research method is quasy experimental design with NonEquivalent Control Group Design. The sample of this research is XI IIS 3 as experiment class and XI IIS 4 as control class. The average creativity score at the first meeting was 62.58 with the percentage 63%, the second meeting was 64.03 with the percentage of 64% and the third meeting was 65.97 with the percentage 66%. The average learning outcomes of experiment class is 75,04, while the average learning outcomes of control class is 64.41. The value of the creativity effect size is 0.60 and the value of the learning outcomes effect size is 0,59, it means that circuit learning model gives an impact of improvement on creativity and student learning outcomes.
