Abstract

This research aims to find out how   the process of learning and the result of writing the text of negotiation using the method example non-example in the student of class X Marketing 1 SMK Immanuel 2 Sungai Raya. The research method used is descriptive method and form of class research. The data sources in this study are Indonesian language teachers, X Marketing 1 that consist of 39 student, as well as documents in the form of RPP and student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques and student learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that students ability to write negotiation text before using example non-example method is 66,89 and after using example non-example method increase with average 70,76 in cycle I and the mean score of cycle II is 77,28. Based on the data of students writing from cycle I to cycle II has increased. The increase was an average of 6,52. This proves that using example non-example method can improve student ability to write negotiation text.
