The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the service capability under volleyball using a rubber ball in the fifth grade students of State Elementary School 09 Sijau Melawi.The study was conducted by descriptive method that involves two variables: the independent variable service learning under volleyball through media Modification rubber ball and the dependent variable is the result of a service learning under volleyball. Subjects in this study were fifth grade students of State Elementary School 09 Sijau Melawi Pontianak totaling 28 students ,. This research technique using test and measurement, a test with a grating instrument measuring learning outcomes under the service in a volleyball game. Analysis of data using percentages.These results indicate there is an increased ability to serve under volleyball using a rubber ball in the fifth grade students of State Elementary School 09 Sijau Melawi. This is evidenced by an increased ability to service under pretty good, that in the first cycle with an average value of 71.92 so the increase of 21.64%. while the average value on the second cycle is 81.15 so the increase of 37.25%.
