PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PENGELOLAAN SUMBER BELAJAR TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI (TIK) DI SMK NEGERI 4 PONTIANAK

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui ketersediaan sarana prasarana sumber belajar TIK pada pembelajaran kejuruan, matematika dan sains di SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak; (2) mengetahui kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang relevan dalam pengelolaan sumber belajar TIK di SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak; (3) Mendeskripsikan model rantai jaringan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) di SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak.

Model pengembangan yang digunakan merupakan modifikasi dari  PUSTEKKOM  tipe B dan pengelolaan sumber belajar Lincoln University dan Shefielld Hallam University untuk pengembangan model pengelolaan sumber belajar TIK di SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak.

Langkah-langkah pengembangan tiga tahapan yaitu : (1) Tahap studi pendahuluan dan analisis kebutuhan; (2) Tahap pengembangan model yang terdiri dari perencanaan dan penentuan model; (3) tahap evaluasi dan pengujian model

Hasil validasi oleh kepala sekolah memberi nilai baik dan relevan, ahli model teknologi pembelajaran  juga menilai model yang dikembangkan adalah baik dan layak diterapkan.  Mereka sepakat bahwa produk ini layak dan relevan diterapkan di SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak.

Hasil uji coba mendukung penilaian para ahli. Baik uji coba pertama dan uji coba kedua member hasil yang baik dan diterima semua unsure pendukung.

Hasil pengamatan mengenai perilaku siswa dan guru menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sumber belajar TIK untuk proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, menumbuhkan semangat belajar, membuat pelajaran lebih menarik, menyenangkan, tidak membosankan dan alur informasi menjadi mudah dicerna oleh siswa.

Abstract: This research is a development research which is intended to: (1) find out the availability of the infrastructure of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) learning source for the vocational learning, mathematics, and science in SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak; (2) find out the quantity and the quality of relevant human resource in the management of IT learning source in SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak; (3) describe the model of network chain of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak.

The development model employed was modified from PUSTEKKOM type B and the learning source management of Lincoln University and Shefielld Hallam University to develop the learning source model of Information & Communication Technology in SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak.

Several stages of development, they are: (1) Stage of introduction study and need analysis; (2) stage of developing model which consists of planning and determining model; (3) stage of evaluation and test of model.

Result of validation conducted by the headmaster shows good appreciation and relevance of this research, the learning technology specialist also appraises the model developed as good point and deserved further application. They agreed that this product is reasonable and relevant to be employed in SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak.

The result of the try out supports the specialists assessment. Both the first and the second try out shows good result and acceptable by all supporting system.

The result of observation on students’ and teachers’ behavior shows that the management of IT learning source for learning process can increase the effectiveness of learning, and stimulate the learning enthusiasm, make the learning process more attractive, amusing, not boring, and ease the information channel.
