Managerial Ability Manager in Promoting Business Economy. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis. In this research data is collected through documentation and interview method. The results showed that the Managerial Capability of Management in Promoting Primary Enterprises of West Kalimantan Regional Police Cooperative is in good enough category, this can be seen from the ability of the board in promoting cooperative business , so that members are satis'ed with the performance of the board in providing services and in processing cooperatives remain run as expected of the cooperative members.
