This study aims to determine the effect of (1) academic supervision on increasing professional teacher competence (2) organizational climate to increase teacher professional competence 3) academic supervision and organizational climate towards the increase of teacher professional teacher. In this research uses quantitative approach with analytical descriptive method. The subject in this research is civil servant teacher in SD Negeri Tebas subdistrict with the sample amounted to 199 teachers. Instrument measuring instruments used in the study are academic supervision instruments, organizational climate instruments and professional competency instruments using Likert Scale. Hypothesis testis conducted in this study using multiple regression techniques. The results of the analysis indicate that: (1) there is influence of academic supervision on professional competence of teacher with value 45,7%; (2) there is an organizational climate effect to the professional competence of teacher with value 31,1%; there is influence of academic supervision and organizational climate towards the professional competence with value 75,8%.
