PENGEMBANGAN MODEL WARMING UP BERBASIS PERMAINAN TRADISIONAL PADA PESERTA DIDIK SMP

Abstract
The problems of this research are: the implementation of the activities of the monotonous still warming up so that learners feel bored, not achievement of a pulse of warming in the activities of the introduction, as well as the less active learners when carrying out the activity warming up. Research objectives of this development: generating development models of warming up the traditional game based on learners middle school (JUNIOR HIGH). Research methods the methods of research and development (R&D) which refers to the development of the Borg & Gall. Research development was carried out through 2 stages namely need analysis and planning stage. The research development of model-based warming up traditional game on JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL students in the form of product models of game, namely: (1) Front Rear; (2) Fish Trawler; and (3) Collect capital. On a small scale test level quality assessment model of game 1 of 87%, 84% of game 2 and game 3 of 88%. On a wide scale test test effectiveness against game model gained an average increase of 10% from the average of the first meeting and the second meeting and the effective model of a game based on the achievement of pulse warming i.e. 121 pulse/minute . Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the development of model-based warming up traditional game on JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL students effective and viable use on warming up activity in the learning of health physical education and recreation.
