HUBUNGAN ANTARA KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DENGAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas X SMK di Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian korelasional menggunakan rumus r product moment. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil secara purposive yaitu sebanyak 35 siswa dari populasi siswa SMK Kelas X di Kota Pontianak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,346 dan tergolong memiliki korelasi rendah.

Abstract : the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with mathematical communication skills of students of class X accounting in Pontianak. The research method used is correlational research method using correlational formula r product moment. The sample in this study was taken by purposive as many as 35 students from the population of SMK students class X accounting in Pontianak. The conclusion of this research is there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence with mathematical communication skill with correlation coefficient r = 0,346 and classified as low correlation.
