Abstract

The problem often faced by teachers during the learning is a long jump that is considered difficult for students because students do not understand how the process of the long jump easy and purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of the long jump with a modification of cardboard on the students of class IV SDN 08 Sungai Kakap stream of research is classroom action research . In a classroom action research This is the subject of this study were teachers collaborate with fourth grade students of State Elementary School 08 Sungai Kakap district Kuburaya totaling 26 students. Learning first cycle of students who have recently graduated, amounting to 18 students or 69,% while students who have not passed amounted to 9 students, or 31%, then proceed to the second cycle so that students have the opportunity to repair the long jump teachers provide learning long jump with cardboard long jump at which time pick-feet and landed feet uniformly and finally the students are able to do new sisiwa pass all of the 26 students and students who have not graduated or completed 0%.
