The aim of the research was to descripte  the  effect of cooperative model of technique Numbered Head Together toward learning outcomes in Civic Education on grade V SDN 36 Pontianak Kota. The form of this research was a quacy experimental design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. In both classed were tested by pre-test and post-test. The population of this research is the whole of the V   grade students in SDN 36 Pontianak Kota is 44 students with samples 22 students of class V A (control) and 22 students of class VB (experiment). To collect this data researcher used measuring technique which is objective test amount to 40 question. The result of research indicate that mean of post-test controll   class equal to 65,5 and post-test experiment class equal to 74,64. The result examination of hypothesis use separated varians obtained tcount data post-test is equal to 1,865 and ttabel α = 5% is 1,6827, which mean tcount 1,86 > ttabel 1,6827. Then, Ha is accepted. It means there are effect of the use of cooperative model of technique Numbered Heads Together on the learning outcomes of civic education V grade students in SDN 36 Pontianak Kota. From the counting effect size equal to 0,5 with criteria average.
