PENERAPAN METODE DEMONSTRASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR MELALUI PENDEKATAN TEMATIK

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah usaha untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik menggunakan metode Demonstrasi melalui pembelajaran Tematik di kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 44 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, bentuknya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dan sifat penelitian bersifat kolaboratif. Subjek penelitian guru, dan peserta didik kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 44 Sungai Raya yang berjumlah 13 orang. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung dan alat pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa pedoman observasi.

Hasil penelitian berdasarkan dari observasi dengan menggunakan metode Demonstrasi melalui pembelajaran Tematik untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, secara umum penggunaan metode Demonstrasi melalui pembelajaran Tematik dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik di kelas III SDN 44 Sungai Raya. Dengan demikian metode Demonstrasi melalui pembelajaran Tematik dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik.

Abstract: The problem of this study is an attempt to improve the learners' learning activities by using the Demonstration Method through Thematic learning in class III of Public Elementary School Number 44 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya District. This research method is descriptive, in the form of Classroom Action Research, and nature of the research is collaborative. This research subjects were teachers, and class III students of Public Elementary School Number 44 Sungai Raya, amounted to 13 people. The research technique used was direct observation technique and data collection tool used was the observation guidelines.

The result of the research based on the observation by using Demonstration Method through Thematic learning to improve students’ learning activities. Based on this description, generally, the use of Demonstration Method through Thematic learning can improve learners' learning activities in class III of Public Elementary School Number 44 Sungai Raya. Thus, Demonstration Method through thematic learning can be used to improve the learners' learning activities.
