PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 04 Pontianak.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini meliputi  gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X₁), iklim organisasi sekolah (X₂), dan kinerja guru (Y). Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri sub Rayon 04 Pontianak tinggi yaitu mencapai prosentase 80,10%; (2) iklim organisasi sekolah memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri sub Rayon 04 Pontianak sebesar 66,59%; (3) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi sekolah secara bersama –sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri sub Rayon 04 Pontianak sebesar 80,10%. Hal ini berarti bahwa  gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi sekolah mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri sub Rayon 04 Pontianak.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership style and organizational climate of schools on teacher performance in SMP Sub Rayon 04 Pontianak.Penelitian this kuantitatif.Variabel approach examined in this study include principal leadership style (X1), school organizational climate (X2), and teacher performance (Y). The results obtained in this study were: (1) the influence of principal leadership style on teacher performance in SMP Negeri Pontianak sub Rayon 04 percent higher, reaching 80.10%, (2) school organizational climate have an impact on teacher performance in SMP sub Rayon 04 Pontianak by 66.59%, (3) the principal's leadership style and organizational climate schools together have an influence on teacher performance in SMP Negeri Pontianak sub Rayon 04 at 80.10%. This means that the style of school leadership and school organizational climate has an influence on the performance of junior high school teachers in sub Rayon 04 Pontianak
