Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the attitude of the jungle community to education and the factor forming the attitude of the jungle community. The approach used qualitative approach with descriptive method. Technique of collecting data of interview technique, observation and documentation study. The analysis in this study is presented descriptively qualitative by using informants as many as 10 people consisting of 6 heads of households 4 housewives. The results showed that the attitude of the jungle community in the jungle belaban village and the formation of the attitude of the jungle community who are less interested in education. Minimal learning needs to be improved in the jungle community through original values that have been established and rooted in people's lives. Knowledge of local wisdom should enter into the educational curriculum as a source of innovation and skills that can be empowered for the welfare of society. Every educational process is essentially an effort to direct and direct two forces; on the one hand the power to preserve and on the other side the power to advance. Out-of-school education is more flexible than school education in terms of curriculum, time, place, students and educators, education outside the school to be one alternative because it is not too curb the activities of students to learn as well as pursue real life in the environment.
