Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) how the design of learning video media for mastering basic football techniques in elementary schools is feasible to be used, (2) how to master basic football techniques using video media by students, and (3) how effective video media is for mastery basic football techniques for students. The research method used is Research and Development which is product development using step-by-step development of Borg and Gall model developers adapted to the Dick and Carey model design. Based on the results of the study showed that the results of learning expert validation obtained a percentage of 85% in the category of "very feasible", material experts obtained a percentage of 85% in the category of "very feasible", and media experts obtained a percentage of 92% in the category "very feasible". And from the results of product trials conducted on students in individual trials obtained a percentage of 80.00% in the good category, the small group trial obtained a percentage of 84.44% in the very good category and in the large group or field trial class obtained a percentage of 85.14% in the very good category and in the large group or field research class obtained a percentage of 93.21% in the very good category. Thus it can be concluded that the learning video media for mastering basic football techniques in the Sungai Raya District Primary School in Kubu Raya Regency is very feasible and effective to be used as a learning guide.
