KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH (STUDI KEPEMIMPINAN DI SMA NEGERI 3 SINGKAWANG)

Abstract

Abstrak: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (Studi Kepemimpinan di SMA Negeri 3 Singkawang).  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kepemimpinan kepala SMA Negeri 3 Singkawang dalam penerapan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah. Pelaksanaan tugas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terungkap dalam tugas penilaian, pemberdayaan, pelibatan, pemberian motivasi dan partisipasi staf tata usaha, guru-guru, siswa, orangtua dan masyarakat dalam kaitan dengan pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di
SMA Negeri 3 Singkawang. Sebagai manejer, kepala sekolah berhasil
menerapkan MBS di SMA Negeri 3 Singkawang.

Abstract: Principal Leadership in School Based Management (Leadership Studies at SMA Negeri 3 Singkawang). This study aims to determine the principal leadership of SMA Negeri 3 Singkawang in the implementation of school-based management. Execution of tasks revealed in principal leadership assessment tasks, empowerment, engagement, motivation and participation of the entire school community in relation to the implementation of the School-Based Management in SMA Negeri 3 Singkawang. This study used a qualitative approach with
descriptive form of research. Study yielded findings: effective leadership
conducted by the principal to provide an assessment, empowering, involves, motivating and participating administrative staff, teachers, students, parents andthe community associated with the School-Based Management. As a manager, the principal has been successfully implemented School-Based Management in SMA Negeri 3 Singkawang.
