Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the impact of inquiry model on the study result of thematic learning student fourth grade Elementary School in Pontianak. The experimental reseach method was used in this research. The form of the experimental research used was quasy experimental design. Population in this research is all students fourth grade which consisted of 54. Sample in this research weer students fourth grade which consisted of 26. Instrument gatherer data of student learning the test results obtained from pre-test and post-test. The result of data analysis showed that mean score of student"™s post-test was 80,04 Based on t-test analysis, thitung of   (2,84) and ttabel (2,00). Which means, thitung (2,84) > ttabel (2,00), then Ha accepted. The result of effect size was 0,57 which mean medium criteria on ES<0,8. So, it can be concluded there was a significant effect of using inquiry model on the study result of thematic learning student fourth grade Elementary School
