Transactional analysis is behavioral behavior - cognitive that supports activities to optimize the individual ego - each individual ego moves our lives according to the mind, and we are limited to the five senses, mind and intellect (reason), and also identify ourselves with the term up to several levels. So it needs to be overcome so that it can help students to understand themselves, ego status status which can reduce in carrying out their role. The purpose of this study is general information from the information on Ego Status for Students of Grade IX SMP N 24 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with the form of survey research. The sample of this study was 40 students. The results of the analysis show that Grade IX students of Pontianak State 24 Junior High School achieved results, namely the child's ego 58% with the category "Low", adult ego 96% with the category "High" and the ego of parents 91% with the category "High".
