Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research is knowing the correlation between class management with the learning outcomes on history subject at XI IIS of SMA Santun Untan Pontianak. Descriptive method was applied in this research with research conducted the relation study, which intend to reveal the correlation between class management with the learning outcomes. The population of this research was the student at XI IIS the number of population was 59 student. To ease researcher, took the population as sample by using slovin formula and then found 37 of the student as sample of this research. Technique of data collecting that applied in this research is direct observation, direct communication, indirect communication and documentary study. The tool of collecting data were observation guide, interview guide, questionnaire, note sheet (document) and some picture when interview, the test of validity questionnaire, questionnaire distribution. To processing the data in this research used the persentage formula and correlation product moment. The result of this research showing that 0,930, it is mean both variable X and variable Y are positive relation. And than the result of ratio obtaining the score of coefficient is 0,930>0,325 from the table score product moment thats mean rcount > rtable. The conclusion is there are positive correlation and significant between class management with the learning outcomes.
