PENGARUH SPECIFIC FEEDBACK TERHADAP SELF EFFICACY SISWA PADA PRAKTIKUM KIMIA KELAS XI MIA SMAN 1 SUNGAI KUNYIT

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the difference of self efficacy of students before and after given specific feedback during chemistry lab work and find out how much the increasing of self efficacy of students after given a specific feedback class XI MIA SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Kunyit. The research method used was the experimental method with the Pre-Experimental Design model and the research design used was One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subject of the study consisted of 26 students of class XI MIA 2 of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Kunyit with as the sampling technique puposive sampling. The process of determining the sample based on observation, learning outcomes and interviews with the teacher. Consisted of observation sheets and questionnaires. Paired t test was conducted for data analysis. The results showed that the average results of students' self efficacy questionnaire after given specific feedback increased. The results of data analysis showed that there were differences in students' self efficacy after being given specific feedback. N-gain was used to see the increasing self efficacy of students after being given specific feedback that was equal to 0.40, which considered to be moderate.
