Abstract

Abstrak: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Pembinaan Kedisiplinan Tenaga Administrasi Melaksanakan Pelayanan Administrasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pembinaan disiplin tenaga administrasi sekolah dalam memberikan layanan kepada siswa, guru, dan orangtua siswa; (2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembinaan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan tenaga administrasi di SMA Santu Petrus Pontianak. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian  dan pembahasan ditemukan: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pembinaan kedisiplinan tenaga administrasi sekolah untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada siswa, guru, dan orangtua siswa dilakukan melalui dialog, sharing, pengarahan langsung dan keteladanan kepala sekolah; (2) Faktor pendukung pembinaan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan tenaga administrasi adalah telah menerapkan suatu budaya disiplin, penghasilan dan pilihan hidup atas pekerjaan mereka; (3) Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah lunturnya faktor budaya disiplin, rendahnya penghasilan, terpaksaan kerja dan toxic culture.

Abstract: The Principal’s Leadership in Building Discipline of   Administration staff on Implementing Administration Service.  This research is about: (1) The principal’s leadership in building disciplinary of the administration staff while performing service excellent to students, teachers, and parents; (2) Supporting factor and obstacles for the principal in building and improving disciplinary for the administration  staff at SMA Santu Petrus Pontianak. The research is qualitative, by using a case study approach. Based on result and discussion of this research, the findings revealed that: (1) The principal’s leadership in building disciplinary of the administration staff while performing service excellent to students, teachers, and parents were given through dialogues, sharing, directing, and by making a role model. (2) The supporting factors for the principal in building and improving disciplinary for the administration staff was created and implemented a discipline culture, good income and working by choice. (3) the obstacles factors for the principal to escalate discipline of the administration staff are the fading of discipline culture at school, low income, work as forced and toxic culture.
